Equity Methods is the #1 employer among small companies in the 2016 Top Companies to Work for in Arizona award program. Sponsored by Republic Media (AZCentral.com, The Arizona Republic) and Best Companies AZ, the survey-based program recognizes companies that achieve high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. This is the fourth year in a row that Equity Methods has been named to the Top Companies list, which is based on employee feedback.
All participating companies completed a two-part assessment process conducted by BCG, an independent workplace research firm. Part one of the assessment collected information about company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. Part two was an in-depth survey of employee engagement and satisfaction in eight core focus areas:
The two data sets were combined and analyzed to determine the rankings.
Equity Methods representatives were on hand at an award breakfast hosted by the Arizona Commerce Authority and Republic Media in Phoenix, Arizona to celebrate the state’s top employers. Raenelle James and David Outlaw accepted the award on Equity Methods’ behalf.
As Raenelle observed in her remarks to the assembled guests, “Having teammates so committed to serving our clients and encouraging each other to grow is a privilege we don’t take for granted.”
Mi-Ai Parrish, president and publisher of Republic Media, presented the competition in conjunction with the Arizona Commerce Authority. “This continues to be the only statewide program of its kind, designed to identity companies that foster top-notch work environments and achieve top rankings in employer practices as well as employee engagement and satisfaction scores,” he said.
“Respect for talent is a critical part of who we are as a business,” said Takis Makridis, president and CEO of Equity Methods. “We work hard to create an environment where people can have an impact, and I’m thrilled and grateful for this validation via the Top Companies program.”
